The Account Manager will play an important role managing a multinational client on their F1 partnership. With core expertise in partnership management the Account Manager will oversee the client relationship on a daytoday basis ensuring the partnership runs smoothly and it realises the objectives. Regular contact with the client and other key stakeholders is a key part of the job ensuring the agreed activations are delivered to a high quality on time and within budget.
The role will be based at Right Formulas offices in Battersea London and will require international travel approximately 1012 events.
Key Responsibilities
Daytoday management of clients partnership objectives and liaison with clients at relevant levels.
Support on the strategic development implementation and of global activations across multiple markets and customised programs that meet client objectives across brand and product initiatives.
Manage the delivery of project workstreams to a specific schedule and within the agreed budget using proven project management tools.
Manage the operational planning and delivery of integrated activations across creative digital content and PR and hospitality workstreams.
Budget creation and management of all global marketing activities for the client.
Management and tracking of all contractual partnership assets.
Work with the account team to develop and pitch fresh and innovative ideas to the client.
Generate accurate reports and status notifications including feedback and financial reporting to the Account Director / Group Account Director.
Support with management and coordination of the account team ensuring that no piece of work is delivered below Right Formulas high standards.
Skills and Experience Required
Significant experience of property agency or clientbased account management experience in the sports and entertainment industries.
Previous experience working in Formula 1 is essential.
Experience of partnership management with a strong focus on activation planning and integrated activation delivery.
Prior experience managing daytoday relationships with a variety of stakeholders including clients agencies rights holders and suppliers.
Onsite logistical experience to deliver activations and hospitality programmes.
Proven track record of building and managing budgets and project related reports for the client.
Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
