Senior Manager of Merchandising Analytics

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Merchandising Analytics to drive key business strategies through data insights crossfunctional collaboration and leadership. In this role you will focus on pricing optimization margin improvement and product mix strategy to maximize growth opportunities while fostering collaboration across teams and managing direct reports. The ideal candidate will excel at combining advanced analytical capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and of datadriven merchandising strategies that optimize pricing improve margins and enhance product mix across our ecommerce platforms.
• Leverage data analytics tools to guide strategic decisions on product selection pricing promotions and inventory management ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Guide and provide training to direct reports ensuring consistency and clarity in understanding daily tasks and requirements
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including analytics supply chain and marketing to align on pricing strategies promotional activities and inventory planning
• Build and maintain tools reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics related to pricing margins and product performance
• Present datadriven recommendations and strategic insights to senior leadership influencing decisionmaking and business strategy
• Partner with the analytics team to refine models that evaluate product lifecycle performance pricing effectiveness and assortment mix
• Stay informed on competitor strategies market conditions and industry trends to proactively adjust merchandising strategies

• Bachelors degree in Economics Statistics Finance or a related field.

• 6 years of experience in merchandising analytics or a related role preferably within ecommerce or consumerfacing industries
• Provenexpertiseinpricingstrategymarginanalysisandproductmixoptimizationthroughmachinelearningandstatisticalmodeling.
• StronganalyticalandquantitativeskillswithproficiencyintoolssuchasExcelTableauorsimilarplatformsisrequired.
• ProficiencyintoolssuchasSQLandPythonorsimilarplatformsispreferred.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing highperforming teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Strategic mindset with a focus on translating complex data into actionable business strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Annual base pay: $120000 $150000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
