About the Internship Program:
Over the course of 10 weeks a select group of college and university students will join us gaining valuable work experiences and insights into our most exciting products. Interns engage with Hasbros beloved brands gaining meaningful workexperience through daytoday training handson projects executive exposure individual development planning and mentorship.
Our program runs between June 9 August 15 2025.

This position is within Hasbros Global Finance Operations team in our Corporate Office in Pawtucket Rhode Island. This team is responsible for coordinating and improving finance processes and procedures around the world.
What Youll Do:
Engaging with a diverse group of individuals within the finance organization to acquire knowledge to detail as is and future state processes and procedures.
Assemble and summarize data; prepare reports; build presentations of findings analyses and recommendations
Researching standard methodologies in the industry and conducting benchmark analysis against Hasbros processes
Assist in drafting business policies and communications
Providing general support on other ad hoc projects
What Youll Bring:
Currently enrolled in an accredited degreeseeking program pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance accounting or equivalent major with at least one quarter or semester left after August 2025.
Available to work fulltime hours inperson at our Pawtucket RI office location for the entire duration of the internship.
Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft word excel and power point
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across various collaborators
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to recognize relevant facts for process documentation and ask thoughtful and meaningful questions
Finance and business curiosity.
Compensation Range Currency USD:
Starting Pay Range: $30/hour
Pay Range End: $34/hour
