1. Inside sales management for the Energy business in France 50 time)
Objective: assist colleagues in Energy Systems France focusing on Inside Sales Administration meaning managing Sales Forces CRM process supporting for bidding process following on invoicing and payment.
Stakeholders: Energy Systems colleagues in France.
- Support in timely and quality delivery of proposals (administrative and HSEQ part printing courriers)
- Support in quality delivery of reports (WORD PDF font/layout)
- Support with administrative matters for the colleagues in Energy Systems unit in France (eg. Archiving contracts Internal Resource Agreement..
- Support in obtaining VISA and travel arrangements; contact with local travel agency
- Coordination and organisation of meetings or other social gatherings
- Focal point for local marketing and conference events
- Be in charge of organisation of common training sessions
- Contribute in handling process of business related invoices through Basware
- Support in welcoming visitor customers or partners
- Assist in on and offboarding colleague
- Be main contact for arrival from temporary visitors

Qualifications- Interest in developing skills and gaining experience in sales administration office management or administrative support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and document formatting (PDF reports).Experience with invoicing systems like Basware is a plus.
- Fluency in French and English is essential for effective communication in an international environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues suppliers customers and senior stakeholders.Comfortable handling internal and external communications professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks coordinate meetings and travel and oversee office operations efficiently.
- Ensuring accuracy in proposals reports and administrative processes.
