Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

* Performs duties necessary to maintain a clean sanitary and safe

building with a sparkling appearance

* Full disclosure of past work history

* Experience in operating all floor and rug care equipment

* Experience in operation of snow removal and lawn care equipment

* Reports all items needing repair to appropriate designee

* Reports all safety hazards to appropriate designee

* Provides custodian support service necessary for the proper

operation of the education program

* Act 34 Act 151 and Act 114 clearances a physical and TB test and all other required paperwork

HOURS: To be discussed at interview
