Disability Support Worker

Immediate Start for Support Worker Roles available in the Bendigo area. We have casual positions available (with the scope of going permanent) within our growing experienced and passionate team and we are ready to welcome you and support you in your new role.
As a Support Worker you will become a valued part of a dedicated team who believe in providing outstanding service to clients in need.
About the Role
We would love to meet with people who are compassionate caring and interested in the disability sector.
We are recruiting for:
- Community Access and In home support workers
and
- Supported Independent Living workers
About you
- Attitude to go above and beyond with compassion and integrity
- Work unsupervised
- Desire to work with people with a wide range of interests and abilities
- Uphold the National Disability Standards
- Demonstrate good listening skills and build rapport and trust between clients
- Experience working in the industry or recently qualified looking for your first rewarding role within a supportive team to guide you in your new career.
Mandatory Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care Aged Care Individual Support or Disability (or working towards)
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable Vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- First Aid certificate
- CPR certificate
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Modules (or willing to obtain)
