Desirable Qualifications
1. Teaching experience in Viticulture and Enology at the college level with an emphasis on lowerdivision courses; 2. Direct experience as a vineyard manager or winemaker for a commercial winery; 3. Evidence of a strong commitment to remain current in the wine industry with an emphasis on quality wine making; 4. Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain winery and/or vineyard laboratory equipment and facilities; 5. Demonstrated knowledge of local state and federal wine premises compliance requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Evidence of a sensitivity to and an understanding of the diverse academic socioeconomic cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community college students including those with physical and learning disabilities.
