Job Description

What You Can Expect:
- Home Time: Enjoy a weekly 34hour reset so you can rest and recharge.
- Pay: On average earn $1850/week which adds up to $96200 annually.
- Miles: About 1100 miles a week.
- Pay per Mile: Earn between $0.80 $0.86 per mile depending on your experience.
- Loads: Typically 3 loads per week.
- Unload Pay: Get $325 for each load (manual unloading with rollers).
- Backhaul Pay: Extra $30 for backhauls.
- RideAlong Training: Youll get 1 week of paid training at $150/day.
- Assigned Truck: After training youll get your own truck (no slip seating).
- Delivery Areas: Illinois Ohio Michigan Indiana.
- Shifts: Early morning deliveries Monday through Friday (Sunday night starts for Monday loads).
What We Need from You:
- 100 Touch Freight: Youll be manually unloading boxes 135 lbs) so physical activity is a big part of this role.
- HandsOn Work: This job requires someone whos active and enjoys a steady yearround route.
- Work Schedule: Expect a 5.5day workweek with a regular 3448 hour reset.
- No NYC Deliveries: No New York City or the five boroughs.
Driver Qualifications:
- At least 21 years old
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable TT experience
- CDLA License
- Training: Willingness to complete 1week paid ridealong training.
- Driving Record: Max 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No DUIs/DWIs in the past 3 years.
- Accidents: No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- PSP Screening: Must pass the PSP screening.
- SAP Drivers: Were not currently hiring SAP drivers.
