Job Description
Migratory Education ProgramEarly Childhood and Elementary Teacher postings
Applications are being accepted for the morning 2025 Migrant Summer Program. Preference will be given to those applications that have been previously employed and successful in the program(s). The programs run from June 30 July 31 Monday Thursday 7:301:00pm (The Migrant program will take field trips on Thursdays).
There will be combined classrooms. The grade combinations could change slightly depending on enrollment numbers.
P3P5 teacher
K and 1 teacher
Grades 25 teacher
ESOL Teacher (services both elementary and secondary students)
Special Education Teacher (services both elementary and secondary students)
Applicants will receive a link to a Google Form that will be used for applicants to indicate their preferred position. Preference will be given to those individuals that have had previous successful experience in the program. The positions may be changed or altered based upon enrollment and staff availability.
Due to the limited number of positions for this years program the following criteria will be used to screen applicants for interviews.
- Internal applicants with prior experience
- Applicants who worked in the Summer 2024 program
- Applicants who are certificated/experienced in specific assignments applying for.
- Applicants who are available for the entire program 6/30/25 7/31/25
- Applicants who are fluent in Spanish
