Job Description

The Finance Manager PDMC Financials plays a key role in ensuring accurate and reliable project financial modeling with a strong focus on developing and maintaining financial templates. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with managementapproved financial parameters while delivering insightful analysis to support strategic decisionmaking. Additionally the Finance Manager will oversee various finance functions within the assigned department including but not limited to budget preparation strategic planning project postmortem analysis and financial assessments for bids and unsolicited proposals.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and assess project financial results for launch (PDMC Financials) using a dynamic financial template.
  • Analyze financial data build financial models and templates and present insights to management to support new business ventures expansion initiatives government bids unsolicited proposals and mergers & acquisitions. Additionally formulate financial strategies to enhance business operations.
  • Review and refine existing project financial template standards to ensure alignment with business segments and prevailing management objectives recommending updates as needed.
  • Evaluate actual project financials against approved PDMC financials and provide recommendations for closing out projects.
  • Undertake additional projects as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or Statistics or Marketing
  • Preferably with experience in Real Estate Industry
  • With at least 23 years working experience in audit finance or related field
  • Excellent in excel template creation or financial modelling
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and statistics skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Powerpoint
  • Experience in real estate industry is an advantage
