You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Kirloskar Group is looking for aProgramme Manager to spearhead initiatives that cultivate cohesion among leadership teams strengthen organizational culture and enhance the Kirloskar Groups shared brand identity.The Programme Manager will be responsible for designing and executing leadership engagement initiatives cultural programs and events that align with the groups vision. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of HR expertise event management acumen and creative problemsolving skills to drive impactful results.
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources Business Administration Organisational Development Marketing or Communications.
Masters Degree or MBA in Human Resources Organisational Behavior Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
Essential Experience:
58 years of work experience
Strong HR experience particularly in organisational culture leadership development or employee engagement.
Experience in event management marketing communications or communitybuilding roles is a strong plus.
Exposure tocreative industries hospitality or premium member clubs is an advantage.
Creative individual with drive good analytical skills and the ability to take initiative
Values of adaptability and sincerity are critical
Strong attention to detail and good observation skills
Proven ability to work with leadership teams and foster a unified culture across diverse organisations
Track record of conceptualising and executing events aligned with strategic goals
Expertise in crafting messaging campaigns and promotional strategies to enhance engagement
Innovative thinker capable of developing fresh ideas for cultural initiatives
Proficiency in logistics budgeting and vendor management to ensure program success
Experience collaborating with senior leadership and crossfunctional teams
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Ability to produce clear coherent creative briefs and project reports
Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities
Ability to create project management structures systems and processes and follow through both personally and with team members
A proactive approach to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking skills
