Codemancers is a team of experienced web architects that helps businesses design and build applications that delight end users. We take pride in building applications that are designed as beautifully on the inside as they are on the outside.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated UI/UX designer to join our team. As a UI/UX designer you are responsible for creating usercentered designs for digital products such as websites mobile apps and software interfaces. Their primary focus is on enhancing user satisfaction and usability by improving the accessibility efficiency and aesthetics of the product.
Responsibilities:
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements like menus tabs and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images sketches and tables)
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts colors and images
Requirements
Proven 12 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma)
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good timemanagement skills
Good to have HTML CSS and Javascript
