Job Description
We are seeking a handson Hourly Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities running smoothly. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks from routine upkeep to troubleshooting and repairs. Ideal candidates are proactive detailoriented and comfortable working independently. Plumbing experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance including basic plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry work.
- Conduct inspections and address needed repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests promptly.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Experience in maintenance facilities management or a similar role (hospitality or agricultural setting preferred).
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures; plumbing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and evenings as needed.
