About Client
Our Client is a contact centre based in Kolkata Indiaspecializing in services such as lead generation sales closure customerretention and customer care operations. The company is known for maintaininghighquality standards at competitive rates. It was incorporated in 2013.
Job Location Webel More Crossing (Kolkata Sec V)
Shift Timings 9 PM to 6 AM (Self transport no pick and drop)
Designation Team Leader
Experience 3 years in Outbound International Sales Process
Qualification Graduation (Preferred) / Best fit candidates who are not graduate can also apply
Roles and Responsibilities :
Train his team of 56 officers in opening calls.
Able to convert transfers sent from his team.
Plan team exercises and events to keep the team moralehigh.
Meet the weekly and monthly team targets by driving productivity.
Requirements
The candidate should have
More than 3 year of experience in outbound Sales or Lead gen processes.
At least 6 months experience in closing callstransferred by junior officers.
Excellent communication skills
Strong grasp of MS EXCEL and other Microsoft tools
Have strong working knowledge of dialer software
Willingness to work in night shifts.
