As part of our rapid growth we are looking for a driven and creative individual to join our team as Special Projects Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead critical initiatives scale operations and work on impactful projects that will shape the future of our business. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute highimpact projects to improve operational efficiencies scale business verticals and drive innovation across the company.
- Excellence: Oversee the endtoend implementation of project initiatives managing timelines resources and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
- Analytical Insights: Gather analyse and interpret data to guide decisionmaking identify opportunities and measure project success.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Product Business Intelligence and Operations as well as external partners to align efforts and drive results.
- Problem Solving & Iteration: Tackle ambiguous challenges test hypotheses iterate based on feedback and refine solutions to ensure success.
- Operational Improvements: Dive deep into groundlevel operations to identify pain points and implement sustainable scalable solutions.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Owner Mindset: 46 years of experience in toptier management consulting strategy and operations roles in highgrowth startups or special projects teams in scaling organizations.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to analyse and interpret complex data derive actionable insights and apply them effectively to realworld scenarios.
- Excellence: Ability to manage multiple projects prioritise tasks and deliver results in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of working on ambiguous problems with the ability to innovate and deliver solutions with limited guidance or playbooks.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with external partners.
- CustomerCentric Approach: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and operational improvements.
