NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking to hire an Application Engineer to support a Federal Agency.
This role is located 100 onsite at Fort Sam Houston TX.
Candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in the design architecture development and administration of enterprise applications.
- Write custom scripts to automate tasks and reduce human intervention in enterprise environments.
- Monitor system integrity install and configure software and operating systems and oversee new hardware and software implementation.
- Design and implement security systems redundant backups and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
- Establish multiplatform versions of software packages and create tests to ensure compatibility and stability.
- Perform complex tasks and provide supervision to IT support staff.
- Support and maintain website and SharePoint environments including content updates and new development.
- Develop applications in Microsoft Power Apps and integrate software with SharePoint to optimize workflows.
- Design and enhance web and SharePoint sites with graphics menus and tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Design and customize SharePoint sites based on user requirements to enhance functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Certifications:
- Six 6 years of progressive experience demonstrating required proficiency.
- Bachelors degree and/or equivalency.
- Candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance.
- IAT II certification compliant with DoD 8570.01M requirements. (CCNASecurity GICSP GSE Security CE SSCP CySA **
- CE: Professional level certificate
- Ability to work 100 onsite at Fort Sam Houston TX.
Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:
- Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
- Experience in developing automated enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of multiplatform software development.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks.
