We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to manage client relationships identify new business opportunities and ensure the right talent is recruited for remote teams. Experience in C2H (Contract to Hire) and FTE (FullTime Employment) staffing is essential.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain longterm client relationships.
Identify and secure new clients.
Coordinate with recruitment to place remote talent.
Manage C2H and FTE staffing models.
Resolve client issues and monitor staffing progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development and client handling.
Strong experience in C2H and FTE staffing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
