Job Description
- Assist Producers with marketing and placement of new business ensuring a customized solution that exceeds expectations
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with markets and Underwriters negotiate favourable terms streamline placements and enhance service delivery for your clients
- Partner with the Producers to identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell and drive revenue growth
- Manage the renewal process to ensure a timely delivery and ensure retention
- Handle the full cycle of day to day service on an assigned book of business
- RIBO licensed with 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a brokerage setting
- Good knowledge and understanding of the major markets their underwriting and appetite for risk
- Strong business acumen
- Proficient with EPIC
- CAIB CIP CRM or equivalent (or working towards) an asset
- Understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance market
