Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Established agency seeking to hire an account manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a commercial lines background as well as the ability to service personal line accounts in the property & casualty industry
Responsibilities:
The account manager is responsible for daytoday account management for clients with complex coverage needs including coverage/policy questions claims handling and providing high customer service satisfaction. The ideal Commercial Insurance Account Manager candidate will possess a wide range of commercial lines account management skills including but not limited to; customer service administration and remarketing accounts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 35 plus years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- P&C license
- Full Knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Must have excellent technical/analytical skills
- Detail oriented as must.
