Mission
As Benelux Total Reward Manager you will lead the design implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs across the Cluster Benelux. Your mission: to ensure that Alstoms total remuneration offering is competitive equitable and aligned with both local market practices and global strategy.
From managing reward cycles and international mobility to supporting HR teams and business stakeholders with datadriven insights you will be a key partner in fostering employee engagement retention and performance.
