Job Type: Fulltime Onsite (This is a presential role in our San Antonio office)
Salary: $19 to $26 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detailoriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Clerk you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and uptodate records by entering and updating data into our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting and updating data into databases and systems
- Verifying the accuracy of data before entry
- Maintaining and organizing files for easy access
- Assisting in the processing of invoices and purchase orders
- Generating reports based on entered data
- Communicating with team members to clarify data entry needs
Qualities Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
- Familiarity with database management systems
