Essential criteria
1. Build productive strategic relationships with key stakeholders from public and private sector such as senior executives solution architects government buyers and/or legal experts to deliver a digital product or service 30
2. Create a strategic vision for a digital product or service and convert this vision into daytoday objectives for an Agile multidisciplinary team 30
3. Focus development of a digital product or service on user need and chorale competing interests to meet policy objectives 20
4. Ability to deliver at pace taking an appropriate attitude to risk 20
Desirable criteria
1. Knowledge of procurement contracting processes or platforms in a government context is desirable 50
2. Knowledge of building on a ServiceNow platform is desirable 50
