Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance quality safety and risk management across the organization.
- Lead accreditation and regulatory compliance initiatives (e.g. Joint Commission CMS).
- Analyze data to identify trends mitigate risks and improve patient outcomes.
- Foster a culture of safety by collaborating with clinical and administrative teams.
- Oversee incident reporting root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Mentor staff and promote best practices in quality and risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare quality improvement risk management or patient safety.
- RN license strongly preferred; bring your clinical expertise to drive meaningful change!
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations accreditation standards and performance metrics.
- Analytical mindset with experience in datadriven decisionmaking.
