About Role:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with proven handson experience in managing Microsoft software development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in overseeing the full software development lifecycle using Microsoft technologies including planning and delivery. They should be comfortable managing crossfunctional teams coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring that projects are completed on time within scope and in alignment with business objectives. Experience with tools such as MS stack Azure DevOps and other Microsoft development platforms will be essential for success in this role. Additionally the candidate should be able to troubleshoot provide technical guidance and apply best practices throughout the development process.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and status reports.
• Utilize Microsoft technology stack for app and tools development.
• Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to track project progress and performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager preferably experience working at Microsoft or with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong background in app and tools development with proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack (e.g. Azure .NET Power Platform).
• Experience running MBR/QBR sessions.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Excellent risk management skills and experience in identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
