The Team:


The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market intelligence provides buyside sellside and corporate clients with industryleading software data and services. The business portfolio offers a broad range of product offerings covering enterprise data management investment management loans platforms regulatory and compliance solutions and private markets solutions.

Our Private Markets business portfolio comprises products that support the entire private markets investment lifecycle across asset classes including Private Equity Venture Capital Real Estate Infrastructure and Private Credit.

S&Ps flagship iLEVEL product line seeks a product manager to drive product growth within the private markets franchise with an emphasis on launching a new Investor Portal offering to support the unique requirements of private market participants particularly investor relations teams and limited partners.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define shortterm and longterm product strategies for extending our product line to support the unique needs of investor relations teams & limited partners aligning with broader business objectives.

  • Product Roadmap Development: Create and execute comprehensive product roadmaps securing executive buyin and guiding product development efforts.

  • Product Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements including user stories acceptance criteria and workflow maps. Ensure alignment with market needs and business goals.

  • Product Development: Oversee product development initiatives managing crossfunctional teams and ensuring timely delivery of highquality products.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively communicating product vision and strategy.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer needs industry trends and competitive opportunities.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $60341.00 to $105000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
