Were seeking a motivated and resultsoriented Automotive Store Manager to join our team at PARC Auto. As a Store Manager youll lead a team of skilled technicians deliver outstanding customer service and drive business growth. Uncapped Earning Potential: The more you sell the more you earn. Our highvolume stores and generous bonus structure allow top performers to earn over $150K annually.
- Lead the Team: Motivate coach and develop a highperforming team.
- Delight Customers: Provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
- Drive Sales: Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily shop operations and ensure efficiency.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for sales and customer service
- A drive to succeed and a proven track record of driving sales
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field preferred. SALES EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRED
- Proficient in computer software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite shop management software like Tekmetric).
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record (may be required).
