Designation: Business Development Executive
Location: Jagatpur / Sindhubhavan Ahmedabad (Onsite Only)
Working Hours: 10:00 a.m. To 6:00 p.m. Monday To Saturday
Salary: Based on Previous Work Exposure with Maximum Cap 30K/Month
As a Business Development Executive you will play a vital role in driving our companys growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for actively prospecting and generating leads building relationships with potential clients and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be key in establishing strong client relationships and fostering longterm partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and Reach Out: Proactively identify potential startup clients who could benefit from our services. Reach out to them through various channels like emails calls and networking events.
- Build Relationships: Develop strong and meaningful relationships with startup founders and decisionmakers. Understand their unique needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
- Present Solutions: Present our range of services including government certification industry licenses documents preparation company formation compliances IT services establishment and branding. Clearly communicate the benefits and value of each offering.
- Understand Client Requirements: Listen attentively to client requirements and challenges. Analyze their specific demands to propose suitable solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of promised services. Collaborate with government certification experts legal advisors IT specialists and other teams as required.
- Maintain Excel Records: Keep detailed and uptodate records of all interactions with potential and existing clients in the Excel Database.
- Followup and Closure: Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner. Being persistent in nurturing leads until closure of deals. Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends government regulations and changes in startup ecosystem policies. Use this knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Integrity and Transparency: Uphold the companys core values of transparency and integrity in all interactions with clients ensuring they have a positive experience with our services.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record in business development or sales preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decisionmakers.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a proactive and resultsoriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
