Your mission roles and responsibilities

Our Group HR Information Systems is looking for an Apprentice Project Manager HRIS Group (M/F) for its headquarters in Nanterre France.

Working closely with Group Payroll Director you will take part in projects of structuring and modernizing the HRIS in an international context.

In this context projects of evolution of the existing tools are in progress contributions are therefore expected in these projects:

Support to Success Factor projects:

The applicant will assist the Project Manager on group projects:

  • o Participation to the deployment of Employee Centrals module of Success Factor for new entities
  • o Participation to the design workshops for the new tools
  • o Coordinate test activities
  • o Participation to the GoLive and activities postdeployment
  • o Help to formalize change management Strategy.
  • o Change Management (User guide Training

Support to Success Factor tool for the current 100 000 employees in 40 countries linked to Payroll systems.
Participation in the deployment of new HR / Payroll solutions in the countries of the group
Participation to the monthly Interface Success Factor HR tool to the Metis HR Controlling tool.
Participation to the deployment a new AI tool (JOUL) within Success factor HR tool for all countries:

  • o Define/collect needs from the functional teams.
  • o Perform the tests and Data Analysis
  • o Prepare documentation (User guide Training

Participation to the creation of new Robotic Process Automation to improve the data quality in SuccessFactors HR.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Bac 4/5 degree you are from a business school engineering or a university degree with an IT or HR specialization.

Beginner or already have a first experience in the field of HR / HRIS you have a real motivation to participate in evolution of HRIS projects and to do data analysis in an international context.

Interested by HR Information System you have the following skills:
Fluent in English
Good skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Good oral and written expression
A real interest for numbers and analysis
Autonomous rigor and precision and adaptability
A first experience in HRIS would be an advantage.

Starting date: August/September 2025
Duration: 12 months or 24 months
