Triumph Advertising has clients in the ecommerce igaming and wholesale manufacturing space. As an advertising company our core offering is advertising services including Facebook Ads Google Ads email and native adds.
We are excited to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to our organization. Our client is the exclusive marketing partner of a global gaming online casino. The brand offers thousands of casino games live dealer poker and sports betting to players in five continents with support for multiple languages and currencies.
This company also manages advertising and ecommerce funnels for some of the largest direct to consumer digital supplement advertisers in the world.
This position will report directly to the COO of the organization. In this role you will join a highly skilled group of project professionals working across the organization to contribute to the following areas:
- Project Management: You will play a key role in business transformation by leading largescale strategic initiatives across the organization. You will lead and manage project teams spanning multiple business units from conception to operational handover while ensuring that business results are achieved.
- Strategic Consulting & Advice: You will assist in leading assessments to evaluate new opportunities and will provide strategic input to business decisions.
- Coaching: You will help build project skills/workflows and processes throughout the organization through ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- MUST HAVE experience working with Off Shore Teams.

- Provide project management direction and guidance to project teams adhering to proven project management methodologies including Agile Scrum methodologies and processes
- Project management experience within the SDLC
- Define and manage the project charter budget scope and project management plan
- Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
- Oversee operational management of project resources
- Review and provide input on project documentation
- Establish performance measures for project members and provide meaningful and timely feedback.
- Collaborate with resource / functional managers to effectively resource projects and on the review and analysis of key business processes relating to their project
- Recommend strategies policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing a budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
- Develop and support innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business that align with system architecture and strategic goals
- Provide regular updates and information to project stakeholders regarding project progress and emerging issue
- The following qualifications are important to be successful in the role:
- 6 years experience in project management preferably in the IT industry
- Prior experience leading largescale core technology platform transformations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
- You have a disciplined and consistent approach to project management
- You are known for building successful relationships at all levels
- You have a passion for project management and a demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices
- You are a critical thinker with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and summarize effectively
- You can lead teams through challenging times and are seen as a trusted facilitator for addressing conflict
- You have a disciplined approach to problem solving and know how to lead a group through difficult decisions
- You have experience leading complex projects from initial concept through to implementation and are skilled at providing leadership and guidance to project stakeholders at all levels
- Your oral and written communication skills are outstanding
- You effectively utilize your network of industry contacts to gain valuable insights
- You contribute to the development of strategic plans
- 6 years experience in project management preferably in the IT industry
