Job Describtion
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Possess indepth knowledge of the menu including ingredients preparation methods and flavors to confidently explain dishes and recommend options.
- Order Taking: Accurately take guest orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar.
- Serving: Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper service etiquette.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the dining area and stations.
- Upselling: Promote special dishes beverages and offers to enhance the dining experience and achieve sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the kitchen bar and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Guest Feedback: Address guest queries or concerns promptly escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: SSC or equivalent.
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is mandatory
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Work Environment:
- Fastpaced lively and guestcentric.
Flexible to work on weekends holidays and evenings as per the roster
