POSITION TITLE: Dishwasher
EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: NonExempt
POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager
DEPARTMENT: Dining Division
POSITION SUMMARY:
At Paradies Lagardre We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Dishwasher to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. As a key part of the backofhouse operations you will be responsible for maintaining a sanitary work environment supporting kitchen staff and keeping dishware and cookware clean. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fastpaced setting and take pride in keeping things spotless.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Wash and sanitize dishes glassware utensils pots and pans following health and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area including sinks dish machines and storage spaces.
- Assist with trash disposal and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring they have clean tools and workspaces.
- Monitor dishwashing equipment for proper operation and report any issues to management.
- Maintaining a clean organized and welcoming frontofhouse area including the host stand and entrance.
- Assisting in ensuring menus are clean updated and available for guests.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Assist with basic food prep or restocking supplies when needed.
- Following health safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment.
- Supporting a positive and teamoriented work environment by assisting colleagues as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hot humid environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays in a 7dayaweek restaurant environment.
- Hardworking & Reliable You show up on time and take pride in your work.
- FastPaced & Efficient You can handle a highvolume environment.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods walk long distances and occasionally lift items up to 50lbs.
- Attention to Detail You ensure dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
