Job Description
As a Field Clinical Specialist you provide clinical technical product application (enduser) and educational sales support; inservice training in meeting US Sales customer service and sales objectives. You participate in pre and postsales activities and provide field clinical support for new and existing products. Provides technical expertise to sales representatives and customers during the sales process. Performs technical and clinical sales support at customer sites or on a multiplesite basis.

What you will do
Implement field product and application inservice training (pre & postsale).
Provide differentiation and enhance professionalism in presales presentations to boost value to the customer.
Participate in sales process as needed to specify technical solution and delivery services to meet customer requirements
Develop and maintain longterm relationships with clinical sites clinical leaders and healthcare trainers for continued product application and training needs.
Frequent internal contacts with regional Sales and Service Team members Clinical Research Department Corporate Clinical Consultants and Marketing.
Participate in New Hire Training clinical and training assessment of proposed products marketing information clinical tools and training products.
Conduct customer sales and service training programs (in person and virtual) and provide training for customers Team Members and partners.
Provide clinical/technical support to customer by performing other related duties as assigned.
What you need
Required:
Bachelors degree or 6 years additional relevant work experience
4 years of relevant clinical experience
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in Nursing emergency medicine or EMTP
Current RN license or Paramedic
Demonstrated skills in healthcare training of adult learners
Working knowledge of communication technologies including cellular Bluetooth wireless and Computer Aided Dispatch
Prior experience in presenting writing and teaching clinical information
