Your Role:
As aTender and Contract Specialist your role will be central to ensuring the quality and success of our tender submissions. You will manage the complete local tender process ensuring that every step meets the highest standards. In addition you will lead the contract lifecycle and handle system integrationsall while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall process.
This is a highly collaborative role where youll work alongside multidisciplinary teams driving forward our sustainability agenda and pushing the envelope in digital transformation. At Mlnlycke youll not only suggest improvements but take the lead in making them happen. Youll see the direct impact of your work on our business and our customers all while developing your own career and skills in a supportive and fastpaced environment.

What You Need to Succeed:
- A degree in business or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in tender management (experience within life sciences is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office SAP Salesforce/Veeva/Model N
- Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset
