ROLE : SERVICE DESK (Technical Voice Support)
LOCATION : Pune
JOB DESCRIPTION :Managing one or more customerserviceorservice deskfunctions. Acting as a point of contact tosupport serviceusers and customers reporting issues requesting information access or otherservices. Delivering customerservicethrough multiple channels including human digital selfservice and automated.
Requirements
Qualification : Graduate with 15 years of formal education
Shift : 24*7
Experience : 15 years of Experience in Service Desk
If experience than must have: Minimum 1 year of Service Desk Technical Support
Must have experience of Microsoft Outlook 365 Bit Locker & Active Directory internet issues blue screen issues.
Also must have experience in Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting & VPN Installation
5 days working 2 rotational weak off.
