Dev Technology Group is hiring a Technical Project Manager/Team Lead to support a dynamic government customer delivering missioncritical functionality for webbased applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a clear understanding of technical environments and processes the ability to learn quickly a desire to serve team members and a customer focus. This position has remote work availability with the potential need to travel to client site on short notice.

What Youll Be Doing: You will be responsible for supporting the team needs including Requirements Definition Security Data and DevOps teams with tasks such as:

• Gather and define requirements
• Oversee specific initiatives through to resolution or completion
• Identify process improvements and implement them as appropriate
• Work with the development teams to create schedules and release plans
• Analyze trends and offer solutions; look for opportunities for improvement
• Escalate and track programlevelrelated impediments
• Facilitate and oversee collaboration across teams and with program management
• Participate in programlevel crossteam stakeholder communication
• Conduct people management responsibilities such as performance reviews

Required Education Experience and Skills:

• Bachelors degree plus 5 years of experience in the delivery of software development projects combined with government contracts industry experience
• Experience fulfilling client software development lifecycle requirements using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Ability to grasp technical development concepts quickly and communicate them to technical and nontechnical staff based on past experience on software development projects
• Experience planning organizing and controlling assigned activities from conceptual to final stages of the development lifecycle to meet performance objectives and customer satisfaction metrics
• Experience with JIRA Confluence or a similar storytracking tool
• Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts and ability to support a DevOps team
• Familiarity with data management concepts and ability to support a Data Management team
• Familiarity with security management concepts and ability to support a Security team
• Excels at establishing trust and fostering positive relationships with clients and fellow team members
• Excellent diplomacy and communication skills with both clients and technical staff
• Ability to place the success of the team and project ahead of self
• Ability to learn a new business area quickly
• Experience working with federal government clients

Preferred Education Experience and Skills:

• Prior work experience in a JavaScriptbased development environment
• Prior work experience in an AWS environment
• Prior work experience as a technical project manager or similar role

Our estimated salary range for this position is $96000$160000. This presented salary range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Offered salary is based on education experience geographic location and possibly contractual requirements as appropriate to the role. *Salary could fall outside of this range.
