We are seeking an experienced and qualified Head of Accounts to oversee the Accounting and our financial of the Factory operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting budgeting financial analysis and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Profile:
Professional Qualification: Certified Cost Accountant (CMA) or Chartered Accountant
(CA) is mandatory.
Experience: A minimum of 5 10 yrs post qualification experience in accounting and finance with experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Experience working in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Soft Skills:
Should possess excellent leadership skills to manage the
accounting team and ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.

Our client is a Sheet Metal products manufacturing company with an Inhouse Design Sampling and Production setup based in Bjiwadi. They have the capabilities of manufacturing small components to largescale Metal Products. Having 20 yrs of a successful track record of manufacturing and marketing products in India and overseas. As part of their growth and diversification plans they recently commissioned a worldclass stateoftheart fully automatic PSBB Production Line from Italy. The material flow of Punching Shearing Buffering and Bending system PSBB can be automated with different modules to manufacture Sheet Metal Components and sheet metal equipment to be supplied to small medium large scale and Multinational Consumer and Industrial Equipment manufacturers across India. Sprawling over 1.5 Lac sqft of area the two factories have a workforce of more than 500 people in different departments.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Head of Accounts to oversee the Accounting and our financial of the Factory operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting budgeting financial analysis and cost management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions including accountspayable accounts receivable general ledger and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements management reports and budgets on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations accounting standards and internal controls.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide MIS insights and support strategic decision making.
- Manage and monitor cash flow financial planning and risk management.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance with all required regulations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Work closely with auditors banks and other financial institutions.
- Handle complex financial transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Utilize Microsoft Navision to manage accounting processes and generate financial reports effciently.
- Ensure cost control and support cost accounting measures for business efficiency.
