Then lets have a look at what your daytoday would look like:
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities including transportation warehousing and inventory management.
- Support the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes and schedules.
- Help with the preparation and processing of shipping documents customs declarations and other logisticsrelated paperwork.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with suppliers carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Participate in logistics projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support logistics decisionmaking.
- Assist in the management of logistics service providers and evaluate their performance.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed.
Your profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detailoriented and organized.
- Previous internship or work experience in Logistics especially in Solar energy industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1; knowledge of Italian or Chinese is an advantage.
