The Opportunity:
Our Clients Capital Markets department is seeking associates with 36 years of substantial experience in either private securities offerings and/or securitization OR general bank lending (including syndicated lending) assetbacked lending and/or structured lending. CLO ABS and /or CMBS experience is also a plus but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $260000 to $420000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including without limitation the qualifications of the applicant years of relevant experience and if applicable the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
