The Opportunity:
Our Clients New York office seeks an associate with at least three years of experience to join the firms renowned Global Insurance Department. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing D&O and professional liability coverage issues and preparing coverage opinions. The candidate will also have litigation experience including taking depositions attending court conferences and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Admission to NY required.
Our Client is internationally recognized as a leader in the area of insurance coverage and claims. Our coverage team handles complex matters for insurance industry clients throughout the United States and around the world. We represent insurance clients in matters involving bad faith casualty & specialty products professional liability property and reinsurance.
The salary range for this position is $19500$205000 and represents the Firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant experience and qualifications.
