The Academic Affairs Administrator positions will support various programs and departments within Academic Affairs. The role will offer general administrative support to the Academic departments. The exact responsibilities will differ slightly based on the needs of the hiring department and will be communicated by the hiring manager during the interview process. This position will provide the student with a wonderful opportunity to learn about Mercy University and Higher Education in general while honing skills that will serve them well once they graduate and start their professional journey.
This role will require general office software application skills (Word Excel and Outlook email) strong communication skills a willingness to learn and desire to be a team player.
These positions will vary between 1215 hours a week will pay $16 per hour and will be in effect for theAcademic Year.
Mercy University promotes a community campus environment. As a result employment is limited to the following states: New York New Jersey Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Applicants outside of those states or the USA will be required to relocate. Relocation assistance may be provided for eligible moves.
