Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and strategic initiatives to support business growth.
- Develop and optimize financial strategies budgets and expenses.
- Establish and enforce business policies and processes.
- Drive improvements in operational and financial performance.
- Manage and mentor a team fostering a collaborative and growthoriented environment.
- Oversee pricing strategies credit risk guidelines and client assessments.
- Prepare manage and present financial reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA(SA) qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior leadership role within a similar environment.
- Proven track record as a finance manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with large data sets.
- Experience with ERP system migration.
