Under the direction of the Dean of the General Education Pathway or designee to develop and teach concepts and strategies for a variety of courses. Will require teaching coursesinpersonat MATC campuses business community other sites and/or online during the day evening and/or weekend. Related duties include participation in department and advisory meetings department and college functions course and curriculum development in both traditional and nontraditional formats.

Minimum Educational Requirements:
Start Date: This position supports the General Education Pathwaywe are currently recruiting for our fall 2025 semester; approximately midAugust.
Hours: This parttime pool position and will require teaching courses at MATC campuses business community other sites and/or online during the day evening and/or weekend. Hours location and modality are based on enrollment and departmental need.
Employees will conduct all work hours in the State of Wisconsin performing work outside the state is strictly prohibited.
Salary: Beginning in the fall of 2024 the starting hourly wage for all parttime faculty is $40per course hour of teaching.Parttime faculty are also compensated for an additional 45 minutes of time for each hour of instruction to cover office hours and prep timewhich is equivalent to $70 per hour.This starting hourly wage of $40 an hour is nonnegotiable unless market conditions dictate otherwise.
