Job Description

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to utilize lead generation tools effectively to identify and attract prospective clients and business opportunities.
  • Experience with Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships seamlessly.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for managing inbound marketing sales and services.
  • Strong customer engagement skills to build and maintain longterm relationships with clients.
  • Proven capability in cold calling to initiate and convert sales leads into successful deals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals with clients ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to create and manage documents spreadsheets and presentations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture prospective client relationships through effective communication and followup.
  • Utilize CRM software to track the progress of leads and adapt strategies to convert them into sales.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through networking cold calling and inbound lead followup.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor suitable recruitment solutions.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure clients expectations are met with utmost satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update sales database and client information for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs to ensure continual progression and success.
