We are seeking a talented and dynamic Commercial Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts fostering strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a customeroriented approach and excellent communication skills.
# Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional account management services
Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell products and services to existing commercial accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services to commercial clients
Track and analyze key account metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities to provide valuable insights to clients and stakeholders
Prepare and present regular reports on account status sales forecasts and business development initiatives
# Qualifications
Proven experience in account management with a focus on commercial accounts
Familiarity with Account Management Software such as EZ Link
Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive revenue growth
Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
A customercentric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred)
Experience in the commercial sector with a focus on managing accounts ranging from $0 to $100k in revenue
