To instruct and supervise employees engaged in the patient food service employee cafeteria and specially catered functions. To ensure that the food service standards and schedules of quality quantity and timeliness are followed. Demonstrates by example and nurtures in staff the standards of service excellence so that these standards represent minimum accepted behavior. Plan direct and coordinate the operations of Food & Nutrition Services. Manage staff for optimum performance.
