Job Description

Quest www.questenergygroup A Leader in Marine Offshore and Subsea Construction Executive Search is currently recruiting for a Civil Marine Project Construction Manager for a key client.

As the Program Manager / Construction Manager you will have a marine/civil background and lead proposal development sourcing negotiate contracts change orders manage subs etc and will have a high level of understanding of Projects Scheduling budgets etc and have a background in MS Projects and P3 Primavera.

Some projects: HDD segment for offshore trench tieins HDPE pipeline etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree
Project Management and/or Construction Management in Marine / Civil Industry
Experienced in MS Projects and P3 Primavera
Strong attention to detail
Great communication
Be in commutable distance to Santa Barbara CA
Must be US Citizen / US Perm Resident
