Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: West Drayton UB7
Salary: OTE 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that wants to develop their career in Estate Agency. My client an awardwinning agency based in West Drayton is currenting seeking a Sales Negotiator (with some experience) to join their market leading Estate Agency.
The role is exciting and varied: you will be responsible for booking and attending viewings calling new and existing clients to win business upselling of all services ensuring every opportunity is utilised canvassing for new business and most importantly delivering a firstclass service to the clients.
This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to develop their career in the property sector. This role offers an excellent basic salary and personal commission. Previous experience in residential sales or an industry with recognisable transferable skills is essential.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous estate agency sales experience
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organised
- Be able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Full UK driving license
