Job Description
Your scope of duties:
- Customer support in choosing the optimal business solution
- Participation in consulting projects including SAP (mainly S/4 implementation and business transformation in the areas of finance accounting treasury real estate profitability
- Pre and postimplementation reviews of selected processes and projects
- Coordination and conduct of the main design work
- Control of the budget implementation and project schedule
- Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain longterm client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs
- Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services
- Provide constructive onthejob feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive teamoriented work environment. Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization.

Our requirements:
- 7 years of experience in SAP implementations in the area of FI/CO.
- Experience in TRM REFX PaPM DRC is nice to have.
- Experience in running projects delegating tasks
- Ability to manage and supervise teams through all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements definition process and prose creation business reengineering and application mapping.
