- Develop and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management (TM) and Payroll.
- Build custom reports interfaces enhancements and HR-specific forms.
- Develop and maintain Fiori/UI5 apps tailored for HR services.
- Integrate SAP HR with SuccessFactors and external HR systems.
- Conduct technical analysis and create technical specifications based on HR requirements.
- Implement HR mini master ALE/IDoc integration and SAP Workflow developments.
- Ensure all developments comply with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for HR applications.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in SAP HR Development.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA HR.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.
