Job Description
Extract Transfer & Load (Back End) Designs implements maintains and troubleshoots all objects related to extracting transferring and loading data into the reporting infrastructure. Maintains and troubleshoots the different reporting environments (Development Testing Production). Ensures continued success of reports by monitoring jobs. Ensures efficiency completeness and positive impact of all design and implementation by having a strong knowledge of organizational workflows and industry standards. Approves ETL designs of team members of lesser experience. Serves as database administrator/architect. Works with the IT Department to ensure each reporting machine has the technology needed.
Data Analysis Analyze data to attain a greater understanding that can be used to set goals metrics and key performance indicators and drive decisionmaking. Validates data for completeness and correctness. Works with other individuals within and outside the organization to gather details on requirements and prioritize analysis efforts. Works with other teams to understand workflows related to data.
Data Visualization (Front End) Designs implements and maintains approved reporting objects. Uses appropriate visualizations to convey meaning of different metrics and types of data. Uses different reporting techniques to build story driven reports.
Administrate Case Management Software Designs implements and maintains functionality of the case management platform. Monitors and addresses operational status of the case management platform. Communicates with vendor as needed.
